Licensed Psychologist
I am a licensed psychologist with the College of Psychologists of New Brunswick (CPNB), registered since 2011, and hold a Master of Arts degree in School Psychology (M.A.S.P.) from Mount Saint Vincent University.
Over the past 20 years, my career has taken me from working within the public education system to private practice. Throughout it all, my passion has remained the same: helping people better understand themselves, recognize their strengths, and move forward with greater confidence and resilience.
These days, most of my work focuses on psychological assessment and consultation. I specialize in helping children, teens, and adults explore learning differences such as learning disabilities and ADHD. My assessments are strengths-based, meaning I focus not only on what is challenging but also on what is working well, and how we can build on those strengths. I enjoy helping individuals and families leave an assessment with meaningful answers and practical strategies for success in school, work, and everyday life.
While assessment is my primary focus, I also provide individual therapy for clients aged 16 and older. My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, and mindfulness practices. Whether you're coming in for an assessment, therapy, or both, my goal is to offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel seen, respected, and empowered.
Our comprehensive assessments help uncover the root of learning, attention, or behavioral challenges. We work with children, teens, and adults to identify ADHD and learning differences, providing clear recommendations and strategies to support success at school, work, and home.
